Let me be straight about something. If you live in Khandallah, I am not your closest option and I am probably not your most convenient one either. You are on the town side of the hill, and there are plenty of salons closer to you than Churton Park.
So the Khandallah clients who come to me are not coming for convenience. They come because they want a Bio Sculpture specialist, because they want their natural nails looked after rather than covered up, or because they have had enough of forty-minute appointments where nobody asks what they actually want. If that is what you are after, the ten minutes over the hill is worth it. If you just want nails done quickly and nearby, I would honestly point you elsewhere.

What a Bio Sculpture specialist actually means
Most salons carry several systems and will apply whichever you ask for. I carry one, and I trained in it properly.
Bio Sculpture bonds directly to the natural nail. No primers, no dehydrators, no bonders — the three products responsible for most of the damage I spend my time repairing. The gel stays flexible, so it moves with your nail through a day of typing, gardening and dishes rather than sitting rigid on top until something gives. The whole range is vegan and cruelty-free, with no animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing.
The trade-off is that I do not offer everything. Natural nails only — no acrylics, no BIAB, no SNS, no extensions, and I cannot remove acrylic or BIAB. If you want length added, I am not the right person, and I would rather say so on a web page than after you have driven over.
An hour that is genuinely yours
A full gel overlay is booked at 1 hour 45 minutes. One client at a time, in a home studio, with nobody waiting for the chair.
That length is not padding. It is the prep, the cure times, and the room to actually get the shape right rather than approximating it. It also means there is time to talk about what you want before anything is applied — which sounds obvious and is surprisingly rare.
For a lot of my clients the appointment functions as the only uninterrupted hour in their week. That is not something I set out to offer, but it is the most common thing people mention when they rebook.

If your nails are in poor shape
A good portion of my new clients arrive after a bad experience somewhere else — thin, bendy, peeling nails after a set was filed off too aggressively or picked off at home.
That is fixable, and it is worth starting with the $10 consultation rather than booking a full set. Half an hour, I look at the actual condition of the nail plate, and we make a plan. Sometimes that plan is a full set straight away. Sometimes it is a few weeks of oil and patience first. I would rather tell you the second thing and have you trust me than sell you the first. Getting here
24 Foxham Terrace, Churton Park — about ten minutes from Khandallah Village via Johnsonville. Free off-street parking directly outside, which after Ganges Road on a Saturday morning may be the most persuasive thing on this page.
It is a home studio, so no shopfront. Park outside, come to the front door at your appointment time, and nobody else will be there. Evening appointments run Tuesday to Thursday until 8:00pm.
